Wagamama was a new restaurant for 2010 where Malta gets a chance to check out one of the most successful noodle operations in Europe. Making Noodles trendy.

The concept was founded by Alan Yau in 1992 and is going strong, and interesting concept and something a little bit different. Customers sit on either side of large tables, seating as many as 20 people at one table.
