Cockney's Bar and Restaurant is situated at the bottom of the hill in Valetta, as you get off the Sliema - Valetta Ferry. Fresh fish and seafood are displayed in the cool cabinet and the food tastes as delicious as it looks.

For example try the octopus spaghetti - it's rich, well seasoned and very tasty. The pasta is cooked to perfection. Another great pasta and seafood dish is spaghetti rizzi which they prepare with herbs which blend beautifully with the Sea Urchin flavour.

If you are not a great fan of seafood, or don't fancy it on the day, there are meat dishes available and they are very nicely prepared as well. A word of warning - keep the starters to a minimum as the main courses are huge!


In the summer it's great to dine on the terrace overlooking the little harbour and enjoying the sea breeze. For cooler nights and for winter months' dining there are tables indoors.
